Weatherside

All the usual suspects are here. White pines, clapboard siding, divided light windows, a hint of movement in the curtain, an impressionistic middle ground, and a splash of color and detail up front. Five colors. What you don't see is the ocean. But its there. Where else could this be but the Maine coast in early July?

My goal with this one was to use the white of the paper for the main subject. All of the white areas here are places where no paint was applied.
